Do not send old clothes
- Delivery system is down so that your packages will be piled up somewhere.  Also volunteers who open the packages are limited.  They will be just burned to get warm, later.

Use communication board by the government to check survival or to communicate

do not Send text/email nor phone call often. Wait for their help/reply calmly.
- cell phone battery is limted. The battery should be kept for emergency SOS.
phone lines are limited, too.

Head to work as usual
- there is nothing productive if you watch TV about earthquake.

do not Rush into disaster area
- there is no space for you. Safe place should be for evacuee. Trust specialists.

donate your blOod

keep your eyes On them for long term
- keep helping them for long term to get recovered

boost Morale
- choose your words when you talk with disaster victims.

It is not necesarily to ask:
How are you? >> you knew the disaster by TV.
How was everyone? >> What will you say if you hear "My brother died"?
How is your house? >> What can you do if you hear "It was destroyed"?

If you want to say somothing, it would be enough to just say 'You must be tired.' and hug.
