It is highly recommended















You can get a concentrated ”つゆ”from japanese market

つゆ is a kind of stock.  It is made from soy sauce, suger, sake, seeweed, fish or sometimes mushroom
The last three ingredients will give you the fifth taste, 旨味（Umami）

Wash rice
Dilute つゆ as indicated for cooking rice (make sure that it should not be too salty)
Add cut shiitake
Cook with rice-cooker

After beeping, add some frozen english peas
close the lid and wait for 10 mins

Enjoy!

印象に残ったのは、３品すべて最低限の塩味
テーブルに塩・胡椒の小瓶が置いてあり、各自で好みの塩加減に調節できます
このアイデア、良いですね！

連日の雨で増水です

往復ルートなのですが、帰りにはさらに増水していて危険です

道路脇では軽く土砂崩れもあります

帽子もジャンパーも防水ではなく、
　車にたどり着く頃には雨で冷え切ってしまいました

普段は晴ればかりなので、雨天対策をすっかり怠っていました
